+ What materials are your products made of?

Most of my work is made with 100% Uruguayan Merino wool, produced by Uruguayan farms that allow their free-range sheep through the hills and are herded by actual old-style shepherds. The controversial practice of mulesing does not exist in Uruguay. 

The wool is of an extremely high quality, especially in regards to softness. Some of the yarns use other fibers, such as Silky Merino (a blend of Merino and top-quality Silk), Mora (100% Mulberry Silk) and Silkpaca (Baby Alpaca from PerΓΊ and top-quality Silk) as well as the brand new Dos Tierras, a blend with 50% of Merino with 50% Baby Alpaca from PerΓΊ.

The detachable hat pompoms are handmade from recycled vintage fur coats that have, for the most part, been around longer than most of us have been around. They are a resource going to waste unless someone uses them.

+ Do you make custom orders?

+ What is your cancellation policy on custom made orders?

We don't accept cancellations on custom made orders after payment has been made.

+ What is your return policy?

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges if contacted within 3 days of delivery and if the items are sent back within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for 50%-100% of the item's value. Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom or personalized orders, intimate items, or sale items.

+ How long does it take to ship an order?

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies depending on individual items. Please check the individual item information in our Etsy shop. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

+ How long does it take to create and ship a custom order?

It depends on the item ordered and if we have the material in stock. If we do not have the material in hand, it will take a couple of weeks longer than usual. We will discuss it through an email, according to your order. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

+ Do you ship to International destinations?

Yes, we ship to most every destination in the world. An additional fee may incur for International orders.

+ How do I care for these products?

To maintain the look of your new garments, please dry-clean or hand wash in cold water with wool detergent and lay flat to dry.

If your product has a leather tag or pompom, remember to remove them.

The pompom may be a bit squished from being packaged - use a little wire pet brush (you may get it at a dollar store) to give it a good brushing, then shake it, bop it on your wrist and it will puff up nicely. You may do this every now and then, as it helps to keep it clean, although you can also hand wash it in warm soapy water, swish, rinse, blot, shake, then hang to dry.

+ What if I don't like the pompom shown on the accessory?

No worries, just let us know! Our hats come with detachable, interchangeable pompoms so you can remove it or change up your style with any other pompom in stock.

+ Do you offer gift wrapping and packaging?

We do offer gift wrapping, cards and packaging, for an additional cost. Please, contact us with your requirements and we'll go from there.

+ Do you offer coupons?

We may from time to time offer promotional discount coupons. These discounts will be subject to terms and conditions that will be issued with the codes. Just Becozy reserves the right to cancel or amend the coupon or discount where it becomes necessary to do so.
